Paul Kenny has been a regular attendee at Business of Software Conference since it started in 2007 and has spoken several times before. For good reason.
Over the last 25 years, he has helped to develop salespeople and sales managers working in media, technology and the professional services sectors. Since his first talk in Boston in 2008, Paul has explored the many different approaches that you may take to developing a robust and sustainable sales effort. He is a keen cyclist and owns more bikes than there are days in the week.
Building and On-boarding Effective Sales Teams
This year Paul will help you understand and conquer the challenges of scaling sales teams rapidly with a focus on the challenge of getting new hires up and running quickly and effectively.
Paul will share some of the important lessons he’s learned as he has helped software companies (including Business of Software Conference regulars such as RedGate and StackExchange) to recruit, develop and manage their sales teams.
This will be a very tactical talk where Paul will share dozens of exercises, incentives, and initiatives that you can implement straight away to help your sales team reach their full potential. As always Paul joins us for the whole conference and will be happy to discuss your individual sales challenges during the breaks.
